When are the breaks?
As a rule, our streams always take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 p.m. Sometimes there are also additional streams or - due to holidays or illness - a stream has to be dropped. The easiest way to find all information about this is on our Instagram account (@lotticards) or our own Discord server.

Can I still stock up on products during the stream?
It always varies and depends on the day. If we have already received too many orders, we can no longer process any further orders. Feel free to ask this question in the current chat. Our streamer will be happy to answer you whether we allow further orders.

I've always used the "park" option when shipping, how do I get my items shipped now?
Very simple: you use the paid shipping option for your next order, then the order will be sent automatically by us at the earliest possible time without any further query.

I accidentally didn't choose the "Park" shipping method, can I still park?
Unfortunately no, otherwise we lose track of who wants to park. All orders for which postage has been paid will be shipped automatically.

I placed a staff order. When will this be broken?
On our Twitch channel you can enter the command !order in the chat to see when your order will be broken. Please always use your order number and your first name as a guide. The list is updated just before the stream starts and at regular intervals during the stream.

I have a question about an order or an item. What's the best way to reach you?
The easiest way to reach us at any time is on our Instagram channel @lotticards
We are also available by email at breaks@lotticards.de (emails are usually not read or processed during streaming times).

What if there is an autograph card/parallel/or similar in the box? is missing?
We will be happy to contact the manufacturer for you and try to negotiate a replacement for you. However, we cannot promise that this will always work. In case of doubt, unfortunately, our hands are tied.

Is everyone guaranteed something at a group break?
Clearly: no! We have no influence on the contents of the boxes. Of course, we always try to build the breaks in such a way that there is a high chance that as many participants as possible will get something. However, there is no guarantee that there will be tickets for your spot at the end.
